“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you or your household. This policy does not govern independent retailers or other third parties when they collect information directly from you under their own privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information: Your name, email address, telephone number, and billing and shipping addresses.

We obtain this information directly from you, automatically through your use of our website, and from service providers that support transactions, delivery, customer service, analytics, and advertising.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, government identification documents, full payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or customer service messages.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, and manage returns and refunds.
- Answer questions and provide customer support.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and other service messages.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our website and products.
- Understand website use and measure marketing performance.
- Send promotional communications and display relevant advertising, subject to your choices and any consent required by law.
- Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized activity, and security incidents.
- Maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect legal rights.
Where required, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent before using personal information for a materially different purpose.
3. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers: Companies that help operate our website, process payments, fulfill and ship orders, provide customer support, deliver communications, and maintain business systems.
- Analytics and advertising partners: Companies that help measure website activity and advertising performance or show relevant advertisements. These activities are subject to the choices described below.
- Affiliates and business partners: When involved in providing the products, services, or promotions described in this policy, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
- Legal and professional recipients: Government authorities, legal advisers, and other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.

- Other recipients at your direction: When you ask us to disclose information or provide any consent required by law.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website and its partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to support website functionality, remember preferences, understand visits, measure advertising, and deliver relevant advertisements.
Advertising partners may collect information about your activity across websites and devices. Information used for these purposes may include online identifiers, browsing activity, and hashed email addresses. Hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect checkout or other website features. Browser cookie settings may not control every tracking technology.
Certain advertising disclosures may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under applicable state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. See Section 6 for privacy requests and opt-out rights.
- Industry Opt-Out Platforms: You can opt out of interest-based tracking across participating ad networks via:
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI): http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA): http://optout.aboutads.info/
- European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA): http://www.youronlinechoices.eu/
- Mobile Devices: You can opt out of personalized tracking via device settings ("Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
5. Marketing Choices
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. Opting out of promotional emails does not stop necessary communications about an order, refund, or service request.
If we offer a text-message marketing program and you enroll, its consent disclosures and opt-out instructions will be provided with that program. Promotional consent is obtained where required by law.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our business and your information, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and request access to it.
- Request information about the categories collected, their sources, the purposes of processing, and the categories of recipients.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion, subject to permitted exceptions.
- Receive a portable copy of your personal information.
- Opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and targeted advertising.
- Opt out of certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, where applicable.
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
- Withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
- Appeal a denial of a privacy request where applicable law provides that right.
To submit a request, email Requests@Rocket3PL.com with the subject “GO SEALER Privacy Request.” Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not include full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
For requests such as access, correction, or deletion, we may need to verify your identity before acting. For sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-outs, we may request the information needed to apply your choice, but will not impose identity verification where the law prohibits it. You do not need to create an account to submit a request.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may request evidence of authority and any verification allowed by applicable law.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or denial. To appeal a decision where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision email with the subject “GO SEALER Privacy Appeal.” We will provide the outcome and information about further complaint options as required by law.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
California Residents
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, the rights above include rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit qualifying uses of sensitive personal information, and receive nondiscriminatory treatment. California residents may also request information about qualifying disclosures for third parties’ direct marketing under California Civil Code section 1798.83 by contacting us.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including processing orders, providing support, maintaining required business records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and honoring privacy preferences.
Retention periods depend on the type of information, its purpose, legal requirements, and any need to preserve records for a dispute or investigation. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it as appropriate. Backup copies may remain until removed through the applicable backup retention cycle, subject to legal requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
The GO SEALER website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action under applicable law.
Any processing of minors’ information, including sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, is subject to applicable age-related restrictions and consent requirements.
10. International Visitors
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws from your home country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must be used; visiting the website alone does not constitute consent to a transfer requiring separate consent.
11. Third-Party Websites
Our website may link to websites or services operated by third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies. Review those policies before providing personal information to them.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy and update the date above. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
